Rosepark Residency, Ooty

This hotel made my stay in Ooty truly special. I was welcomed warmly by the staff, and the personalized attention made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views of the nearby park, but it’s important to note that this isn’t a luxury hotel. The service was excellent overall, with staff always ready to assist. The location is fantastic for exploring the local sights, but it lacks some of the amenities you might find in a higher-tier hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with amazing hospitality from the managers and staff. The rooms were clean and offered great views, especially of the nearby botanical garden. I appreciated the 24/7 room service, which was very responsive. However, while the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and homey, it's important to note that the hotel isn’t a 4/5-star establishment yet. With their dedication, I'm sure it will reach that status in time.
